OUR NOTEBOOK
Manatee, Octopus, and King Crab
will guide you to explore our ocean journey
in the FIRST LEGO League 2025.
This year’s theme is SUBMERGED.
We use SPIKE™ Essential to build a submarine to explore the deep ocean.
We collect samples and send them to the science room on the big ship to learn more about the ocean.

We shared ideas about this year’s theme SUBMERGED, with words like ocean, submarine, and more.
Discovering
We watched science shows and read books about oceans, submarines, and sea animals.
They gave us new ideas.
Programming
We used Pybricks to code the submarine to spin the fans, turn on the light, make the sound when it sees a sample, and lift the samples up to the ship.
Building Models
We used LEGO® pieces and the FLL 2025 Submerged kit to build models about underwater exploration.
Presentation
We want to share what we learned with everyone in this competition.
