Manatee, Humpback Whale, Alaska Lobster, Sperm Whale, and King Crab
will guide you to explore our exciting ocean journey
in the First Lego League 2025 Explore division.
This year’s theme is “SUBMERGED”. It challenges us to use creative thinking and LEGO® technology to explore the layers of the ocean and bring our learnings and ideas to the surface as we “sea” into the future.
Our Journey Map
Sharing Ideas
We shared ideas related to this year’s competition theme “SUBMERGED” with keywords like oceans, submarines, and more.
Discovering
We watched animated movies and science programs about oceans, submarines, and marine life to deepen our understanding and spark inspiration.
Programming
We wrote code using Spike Essential and Pybricks to control the robot and complete challenges on the competition field.
Robotics Game Practicing
We divided tasks to set up the field, place the robot, control the robot, and work together to complete challenges.
Building Models
We used LEGO® pieces and the FLL 2025 Submerged kit to construct models inspired by underwater exploration.
Presentation
We understood the project thoroughly and practiced sharing our research and project content in English, not just with teams from Vietnam but also with international teams.
Creating Posters
We collaborated to create a poster that showcases our journey and experiences in the competition.

Protecting the Environment
At Team REX-T, we discuss and share ideas on ways to protect the environment.
We believe innovation in the Robotacon project can be known more and help protect the ocean and the Earth.
Battery-Powered Submarines
Using eco-friendly batteries instead of diesel to reduce pollution.
Wastewater Filtration
Filtering dirty water so clean water returns to the ocean.
Trash Collection Systems
The ship has a waste processing and storage compartment, allowing it to process trash at sea and bring the treated waste back to land.
